Meet the Founder: Joanna Jones

Hello! My name is Joanna Jones, and I’m the proud founder of Charm & Charcuterie. I’m married to my wonderful firefighter husband Chris and together we have three amazing children - Landon, Grace, and Abby. I started this business out of a deep passion for creating beautiful, delicious charcuterie boards, and I wanted to turn that love into a way to contribute to our family. They say that when you do something you love, it isn’t really work, and that’s exactly how I feel every day with Charm & Charcuterie.

My love for charcuterie began at a young age, growing up in a Dutch family where cheese has a huge history. My family was deeply rooted in the dairy business, which made it even closer to my heart. I was raised on Pacific Coast Dairy in Chino, California where I learned everything I know from watching my mother and Beppe, who both had a true talent for crafting amazing charcuterie boards. For years, I’ve been creating these boards for family and friends, always receiving compliments and encouragement to share my passion with others.

I’ve always had a knack for planning parties and events, and creating joy for people through food. I became known as the girl who would bring charcuterie boards to gatherings, and they quickly became the highlight of any occasion. The idea to start Charm & Charcuterie struck me when I first saw the uniqueness of a mobile charcuterie service at a wedding and I realized just how much joy personalized charcuterie could bring to any gathering. It was this realization that inspired me to bring that same unique and joyful experience to others through Charm & Charcuterie.

At Charm and Charcuterie, I get to do what I love every day, creating not just beautiful boards, but memorable experiences that bring joy to every occasion. I can’t wait to share this passion with you!
